Adolescence represents the transitional period connecting childhood and adulthood. During this period, individuals strive to move from depending on parents to independence, which can result in many conflicts around and within them. In this phase, adolescents go through new puberty changes; sometimes this can affect an individual’s social, academic, and personal life.

Psychologist Dr. Radhika Rani helps adolescents overcome their fears and cope with the changes that have been happening, which will help improve adolescents’ personal and social lives. Her solid academic background provides individuals with standard counseling and therapy to understand and guide them.
Her counseling and therapy approaches, like hypnotherapy, help adolescents unravel their identity and form a self-identity. Counseling sessions help adolescents understand the drastic changes happening during puberty, and help them cope with these changes to lead a happy life with an understanding of one’s own self.
Adolescence is not only a rebellious or impulsive phase, but it is also a phase of conflict and the unknown where individuals go through many changes. They just need the right guidance and proper understanding.
